Oh, bloody hell. Danny's been better a long time ago and I was hoping that it would come and go without infecting anyone else, but I guess that was too good to be true.

Well. It's official. Daniel had to come home early because of being sick and I'm certain he has the flu. It will only be a matter of time before it's passed on to either parent and House of Selwyn has become contagious. You've all been warned!
Let's hope it goes to Callum, first (sorry, my dear, I love you?), so I wouldn't have to worry about Char catching anything so quickly.

It's come to my realization that I have never, not even once, posted pictures of Charlotte for everyone to see that are not my family or friends who have already seen her numerous times in person. So I took out the camera today and snapped a few pictures of her. Merlin, she's GROWING faster than I realize.

So after attempting to convince Daniel that he should wear the pirate costume that we bought for him for Halloween, he finally relented. But he sighed and said that he wished he had gotten a dragon costume instead. I'm expect him to think of about 100 more costumes that have potential by the time next Halloween comes around.

I bought Daniel a nice pirate costume that he instantly wanted when he saw it. This was about two weeks ago. He told me two nights that he was going to wear his costume for us and show us how it looked. And what do we see?

He's apparently changed his mind and decided he wants to be Callum for Halloween.

With Daniel in school again and Charlotte having a tendency to take early afternoon naps, it felt like for the first time I was actually free. And I ended up rearranging or tossing a few things around the house. Eventually, I came upon my high heel collection -- I did not toss any of those, oh no.
But I've realized it's been far too long since I've been in heels. I became so used to wearing flats all the time during the pregnancy that even after Charlotte was born, I stayed in them. Maybe I should start wearing heels again. Anyway, out of all them, I have favourites:

And I now have the album on the bed, and am looking through wedding photos. Anything to keep me from getting angry again at

You know, if people who have lost (not turned) a family member to a werewolf attack for good can still be willing to keep their minds open and do something to help them, then do those people really have an excuse? It's not impossible for them to start thinking differently.
